Energized Green Wave

~ Movement is not always forward. Sometimes it comes in waves. There are twists and turns, ups and downs. But don’t be confused and come to believe that you are not going anywhere. I remember while in college my mother gave me a beautiful plaque with the “Footprints”’ poem on it. I had just returned from studying aboard. The journey was a good one, but it was also filled with some challenges. I used to write letters almost every day to her asking her to pray for me. After my return from my study, she came to me with a gift. I opened it, read the poem and could not stop crying. The last refrain touched my heart so deeply. It read, “The Lord replied, “My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.” May you always feel the breath of God moving within you and carrying you day to day. ~
