Hebrews 13:5, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

Along the beachline, there is an exceptional feeling of peace and calm that comes with the setting of the sun. The waves approach the shores with their gentle ebb and flow, as if to say to its visitors, “Please take off your shoes and relax for awhile.” I like these leisurely strolls and the joy it brings to my heart. These times on the beach remind me of a poem called, “Footprints in the Sand”. In a conversation with God the speaker is wondering why at the most difficult times in their life did he see only one set of footprints in the sand. God’s reply is simple and true. “My son, it is then that I carried you.” Thank you, Jesus!
